Something else to consider is the instrumentation. Just about everything in all modern dashes is electronic, and controlled by the car's computer. That means you're either going to have to import the donor car's computer and wiring into yours, or try to figure out a different speedo, tach, gauges, and even heater controls to fit the donor dash. Something from the 80s or early 90s might work, but as mentioned by others above, it's going to be a lot of work.

You might consider just having your dash pad rebuilt by a place like Just Dashes and clean up everything else that mounts in your dash.
