I just bought a 1963 Impala and its time to get going on my project. The outside of the body has already been fixed and painted now i want to focus on the inside. The engine and all of that will come later I just want to focus on one section at a time so Im not all over the place. Im currently going to replace the floor pans. Ive been quoted $1000 to replaced them and thats just for the labor alone. The Pans are going to cost me 400 do you guys think that is a good price for for labor?

I would say it depends on a few things; how bad are your floors, will you be taking the car to him with the complete interior installed, if so will he put it all back in after the install.

Have you seent some of his previous work, photo books, cars in the shop, etc.

Well the car has rusted in typical rust areas. the front driver and passenger panels and the back seat. I pulled everything out of the ca so there are no seats or anything in it. All he has to do is cut the rusted area out and weld the new panels in. thanks for the reply i have no idea how much this should cost so your info is really helping me out.
