New Guy On The Block
Greetings Everyone:
Being the new guy I would like to introduce myself. I am Lanny Snoreen, 1947 war baby, native Nevadan. My 1st car ($50.00) was a "37" Plymouth Sedan. At this time I own an original "37" Plymouth coupe. I just found & bought a "39" Plymouth sedan street rod. I wanted to convert the coupe to a street rod. But won't have to now the I have the sedan. The 1st problem that I have ran into is finding the serial (VIN#) number on the frame of the sedan. I've found the serial # on the passenger side door frame. I'm having a hard time finding the VIN# on the frame. I was told it is on the top of the frame between the body and frame. I've been using a mirror & flashlight but haven't had any luck. If any of you experts out there could point me to a more exact location of the frame number it would be greatly appreciated. Cordially, Lanny N. Snoreen snorterduderanch@hotmail.com |

Welcome to the site Lanny N. Snoreen Sr.
Glad to hear you now have stereo Plymouths. I don't think there was a serial number on the frame. Check out this link:http://www.ply33.com/Misc/vin |
