new here,,,,85 ford ranger v8 302

well i have a 85 ford ranger with a ford f series v8 302, has headman headers, msd wires, shift kit,, 10bolt posi not sure on the gearing.. i need a fuel cell so i can run dual exhaust. also has a holly performance fuel pump,,,the stock gas tank in in the way so cant run my exhaust, iam gonna be running 3inch dual exhaust with flowmaster super 40s,,the inside just has a b&m mega shifter,,.there more that i left out but will post more when i find out more

Sounds like a fun project.
The 3" exhaust is overkill tho', 2-1/4" to 2-1/2" will be plenty large enough for a mild 302. You'll get more Torque & less Interior drone noise with the smaller Pipes. You can always use 3" Tips for looks.

little more

my intentions is to make it more of a drag truck than anything,,just ordered trick flow topend kit, highlift compcam, and gonna order low compression pistons so i can ether run a 150 shot of nos or a procharger,,, not sure yet,,,,then 4.10 gearing .
