you know, I searched the site and couldn't find one that had a plastic gear housing... I thought I found it (black head) and the description clearly said that it was aluminum.
I have one that is probably 10 or more years old from them, orange with an aluminum head and the end of the handle is black that I really like but _I_ broke by clamping the head too hard in a vice to try use it as a stationary grinder. I still use it but I wouldn't trust it for heavy work.
I also one of their drill master ones that is fine, but not as high powered as others, then my "nice" one is a Rigid (back when they were re-badged metabos)
