New Medical Breakthrough

For those of us who watch what we eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health.

It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats, and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

It's part of the American Way. Probably has something to do with us working more hours per week than just about every country. To much stress and pressure ='s shorter life span.

Goin' on a B double E Double R UN. It sucks and work sucks, so it must be work. If it looks like *****, smells like *****...............well...............it must be *****.

Beer Runs and works are part of the American Way. Wouldn't give neither up for anything!!!!! I have "worked" too hard to preserve both!!

I don't agree on the working a lot theory.

I used to live in South America for 13 years, boy do they work waaaaaaaaaay more than up here. Work starts at 7.30 in the morning and goes to 7.30 in the evening with lunch break.

I do agree with the sitting a lot theory. Think about how much we move a day....how much walking do we actually do? Biking? Swimming? Running?
Then think about how long we sit a day.....office? work? toilet? in front of the TV? Computer? Driving?
