Hi! My name is Bob and I am a new member on this forum. Always looking for interesting discussions on my favorite hobby and maybe a few answers to some burning questions from time to time. Currently I have two cars, the first being a 1934 Plymouth PE Deluxe 2 door sedan. This is an all steel car that has been rodded. Chopped 4 inches, M2 IFS, Corvette IRS, '69 SBC 350/350 with a TH 400 tranny. My other car is a 1957 Oldsmobile 88 that has been customized: nosed, decked, shaved, and frenched. It has a custom interior power buckets up front with a full length console from dash to rear seat. It has the original 371 c.i. engine with the J2 package and the Jetaway Hydramatic tranny.

We go to a lot of local mid-Atlantic events annually plus several other long distance events such as several NSRA and Goodguys events as well as the Turkey Run and the CoonAss Redneck Nationals. Over the next few years (after retirement) I will be looking to build a highboy roadster, but haven't commited to that yet. Now just enjoying what I have.

Thanks for the welcome! I am sure that there is a lot to learn here. Currently, I'm a member at three other sites, but I can honestly say that from what I have seen so far this site has by far the best content and by far the best that I have visited. I am looking forward to a long term partnership here and I can only hope that I can help others as much as I know I will be helped.
