New member with 70 Camaro project car.
Hi I'm Rick Beil from Port St. Lucie Fl. All my hotrodding experience is from the 60's and 70's (when you built everything yourself).
My project is a 70 camaro RS with lots of rust. I intend to back half the car and use the 350 the camaro came with. Not the original 350. Mildly modified by some previous owner. I'm an engine and 4 speed guy never done any body work and this scares me. I'm not very confident about doing the body work needed. I'm also way behind on the tech stuff of today. I have the welding skills and tools to do the back half and I even want to make another set of headers for the car. The engine will be no problem. I've got a ton of tech questions so I'll go to the tech pages for them. I'll have to take some pix of the rust bucket and post them here to get started. RB

Welcome Rick, you'll find there are a lot of us "old farts" from the 60's and 70's here.
