hi folks, just a short note to say just found the site, and am logging in. own a 32 ford with a 347 stroker , top loader trans, rare 57bird, e model,cant be sure but think it is a super e, and a 54 chop top merc. with tree twos and automatic overdrive. and a 74 gt ranchero. soon as i can figure out how will post pics if anyone would care to see them. for now, hope everyone had a merry christmas and wishes for a great new year. lll

thanks for the welcome, guys, a super e bird is a 57 bird that started out as one of 1499 equipped with the 2 4barrel setup,and although no one seems to know how many that were then equipped with a different cam than the e bird designation, they were primarily called nascar cams. have heard that less than 300 were done before they quit. it increased the horses from 270 to 285.
