new motor
hey yall,
i havent been on for awhile so i thought i would bring you up to date on my progress....the 327 is no more...we swapped that for a pontiac 400 big block out of a 72 gto and turbo400 tranny....replaced the floors sometime ago and trunk..and now have a 12 bolt backing up the rear....gotta go..laterz kyle |

YES i know...pictures are worth a million words...and apprently my words are bs without them...haha...its ok that dont bother me...but im working on that...our digital is on the fritz.....ill have em by friday..sorry for the wait

Why would so many people want a 327? I though everyone wanted more cubes because cubes + h.p. I have a 327 that I am putting into a 54 chevy 1/2 ton. Someone told me I should put a stroker kit in it to get more torque, but I think I'll have all that I'll be able to hook up with that light back end. Besides, I like the way those engines rev. But then I'm old enough to remember when they first came out and thought they were pretty cool. Just wondering, not trying to hijack the thread. Scott |
