Cool

I dropped a 327 sbc and th350 trans in my 37 Dodge. I used a 68 camaro posi rear. You will need to do a bit of fab work but nothing you can't purchase mounts for from the rod shops here in the USA. Are you starting with a bare frame, no body mounted on it? Makes the job a lot easier. You need to mark the frame where the centerline of the axle and front suspension cross the frame for reference and to get the wheel base to match the original body. Then start by dropping the old rearend. Then fab in the new rearend, its not that simple but thats where I'd start after the body and old engine and trans were off the frame. Also mark the frame where the front of your firewall is before you pull the body. There are many books on the market for reference on building a rod, you might want to check the web for books to begine your project. Gotta love this Hobby.
