Thumbs up New pics and updates

I've been layin kinda low for while, so I figured I would give yall an update. A couple weeks ago I put a new transmission in my stude (some of you may have known that I was having some serious tranny trouble). My fellow club members in Wellington and Childress Texas (the Road Rockets) lined my up with a tranny and helped me put it in. In return I did 6 hours of pinstriping for them. I did one aircleaner, 6 or seven pair of shoes and some other random stuff.
I uploaded some new stuff into my photo album. Enjoy.

Looks good Dragon...Keep up the striping.
I feel for you about the tranny thing, no other part on any cars sucks as bad as changing a tranny.
Later,
WEIMER

Yeah, the part that sucks the most what that I have to drop my whole exhuast system cause the H pipe is right under the tranny. But the cool part was once we got the tranny in, we fired it up and ran it through the gears with just headers and nothin else, it sounded good, I couldn't even hear the blower cause the exhaust was so loud.

Nice pics Dragon (that should be your nic!), cute little Unimat you have there. I once had a 8 inch long version of that same lathe, great for watch making.

Is that what the one I have is for?? I just saw it at the pawn shop for a good price and had to have it. I just use it for sharpening pencils and such.

Dude! how long did it take you to sandblast that frame with that blaster?? I got one kinda like it. I thought it would take for ever to do my frame with it. Great pics!

well, it took a whole day and about 6 bags of sand. It would have taken less time, but I had to wait for the compressor, it would be worth it to rent a big ***** compressor for that job.

Yeah know what you mean! I usually sandblast a little drink a cold beer let compressor catch up then blast some more. It took me about a 12 pack to do a set of rims!

Its a paxton, it is realatively small compared to an 8-17, but it gets the job done, I love it and it didn't cost a whole lot cause in the summer I work at a shop where we rebuild them.
