New to the rats

Hi to All,
First of all I am from the chicagoland area, and I have a sweet vette, just finishing a fine 75 formula. But nothing says bad *** like a rat rod!!!. Not sure which way I am going but I do like them low and long. Old trucks are cool too. One question here is I have an older jag XJ6 that I have been told that the rear ends are great for rods, and input on these would be great, and also any help, anyone can give a newbe to rat rods would be greatly appericated. I do have full capabilites from metal work thru paint at my garage. Thanks again to all any any help.

Mick

Welcome to Hotrodders. It would be best to ask your rear end questions over in the Transmission/Rear end forum. It will be see more that way....this is the Introduction forum.

welcome.....A Jag rear end is not what most people would consider "Rat Rod" material.........................Of course, if you look at the various rat rod forums, none of them can seem to agree what one is.......
