new suspension

I have a 1948 oldsmobile dynmaic 66. I have read a ton of post on here about the front clip swaps and i think i have come up with it. I either go with an S10 or late model,(mayb around a 1978-1983 camareo) front clip. Has anybody done this before to the chev or olds of the same years. I just want a little advice. I know all about the measureing a ton of times hehe.
Thanks for all the help you have all given already

I put a s-10 clip in my 47 chevy sedan delivery the frame is the same as a car, felt it went in pretty good,I probably would have used a mustang 2 but the clip that was in it wasn't put in right, might want to check on the camaro clip you're thinking it might be to wide. Good luck .

I have a 49 chevy, and I only have 3 recommendations for you. MustangII, Mustang II, Mustang II. I know many won't agree, but I will stand my ground on that type of vehice and front end. Seen too many clips that did not fit well on those cars.
