You guys look like you are running out of ideas and rides. Here is a pick of a '53 Packard Clipper 4dr that is very similiar to mine (mine is 2dr). I was thinking a slight lowering, some rims (have fun with that one), tint, and maybe a dark blue or green paint. I dunno, ya'll have fun with it.

Caution:
Getting carried away with Gimp or PhotoShop can lead to giant drumsticks hanging on the front of your car!

Hey malibu, Here ya go. I wanted to put some differnt rims than what was on there and something besides cragars or torq thrusts. All I had was these from when I riced out Mike's truck. They actually don't look that bad, when there not super sized. But I was to lazy to find something else though

I should call up my insurance agent, "OMG! A giant snail ate my car!"

That Packard looks like a prime candidate for a low-rider with a top chopped down to just head room.

[Edited to add:]
Here's an image of the Packard dropped a little. I can't do chops worth a dime, though.

re: 53 Packard clipper

Had to try my hand at painting it. (Actually, I used the colorize filter and the hue-saturation color tool; no paintbrush involved .

Now it's time for me to get back on the roof and bake my last two surviving brain cells.

I'm working on the Malibu, the wheels that are on there right now are PERFECT. Hey guys, how do I make a color flat in Pshop 6? Like the wagon I dropped it and put wide whites and steelies on but I wanna make the color flat now? I desaturated and then used swatches, but how do you make them flat/satin?

mike, you gotta do the color on it own layer.. you should mess with Overlay, soft light, and hard light. also when you desaturate, you can also adjust the brightness/contrast making it "less" bright, will flatten it out a bit. method three would be to use a gray layer of color underneath the final color.... experiment!!!

Okay Malibu's Packard
lowered, de chromed, (except for that grille, which I like) slightly sectioned. MAJOR chop to the roof, and converted to 2dr coupe...

radir wheels kept the white whalls, tried to do a 60's style fade paint. also DEEP metal flake roof....
