My tools have only been shadowed for just over a year, and so far, it looks like I just shadowed it yesterday. I am somewhat consciencious about wiping my tools down, but when I do put them in greasy, a little isopropyl alcohol seems to take the grease right off the surface. If you get it down in the bubbles it is probably there for good, but even so, I don't care too much about that. I have only spilled skydrol a few times in that year (got a lapful once, if you know what I mean), so I can't really say much about that. I will try to dip a chunk in some at work today and let you know how it goes. Skydrol is probably the strongest chemical I've been around. It will burn the crud out of your skin. It is an awesome paint stripper.
