Newbie says hi

Hi:

A guy running from the cops hit my parked Saturn so hard that he totalled it! Now I have only my 1995 V-6 auto Mustang to go year-round here in icy, snowy New England. I'm mostly interested in adding some kind of LSD or locker in an attempt to make a backwards version of the Saturn, which had traction control.

Hello.
Welcome aboard. I'll move the post over to the tranny section for more responses. Hg

Best bet might be to find a rear end from a similar-model V-8 Mustang that already has an LSD installed.

Mustang Differential Choices

Thanks, Jim. That's a great idea. I have to find out just how "limited" the slip is in LSDs, because I will have to be able to crash through the berm of snow created by the snow-plow guy. There are a lot of hills and mountain roads around here and most everybody has a 4WD. I'm thinking of a locker, actually.
