Interesting. I didn't suspect concept car because the wheels look like modern one's that seem to find there way to a lot of lowrider type cars. Almost exactly what the 63 Riv looked like. I even had to look up a few pictures to make sure I wasn't having a brain lapse

XP-715 they were first called the "Silver Arrow" and also "LaSalle II" I think but those had a chopped top roof line. Not sure exactly on this one other than the concept XP-715.
