matt167 The Ranger frame really is not curvy or anything weird like the S10, but they are a 1/2 ton frame ( Ranger is listed as a light duty 1/2 ton ) and quite bulky... It can be done, at 1 point there was a kit to mount a fiberglass '36 Ford cab and bed on a '83-'93 Ranger regular cab short box P/U frame, but it had mods to the cab to make it fit the Ranger frame good, and it was fully fendered to cover up the ugly mess underneath.. I don't think I would bother with an S10/ Ranger frame

OneMoreTime The S-10 has some weird curves under the cab area so all that is usable is the front frame clip..the rest of it will need to be made from square tube..the rear end is usable..I suspect the ranger has the same deal..

How Ranger/s10 truck frame under 1930's??

Can somebody point me to some links to some articles showing how people graft an s10 frame or a ranger frame underneath early 1930's cars and trucks? I have been looking and haven't ran across one yet. Thanks.
