need help have to decide to chop or not to chop i never seen a 1932 ford pick up choped it seems like its to high now ? but if i do chop it i never done it before and can use some help.
Whether you chop or not is totally up to you. I have a 33 Ford Pickup that I decided not to chop. Once I made the seat frames and got the seats in a comfortable level, I decided not to chop due to head clearance.
As for help . . . if it's your first time, good luck. You may want to look around for "How To" books or videos to help get started. You can try "Classic Motorbooks" 1-800-826-6600 and order the book #130730AE "Chopping Tops" for $19.95.
I have a 32 ford truck also and it has a 6in chop although it looks mean, it is a pain, becauce i have to sit lower in the seat cramping the already little amount of leg room, and risking the mistakes on a truck like that is'nt something i would want to do
