jimfulco AC also makes a metal inline unit for 3/8" hose (pn GF61P), but it will rust through at the bottom if you don't change it often enough, which is why I now use the clear plastic Wix filters (pn 33003).

GMC boogie You can buy a metal inline filter. I believe the Wix part# is 33033 or NAPA 3033. This will be for 3/8 fuel hose.

Fuel Filter....

Hi,you can buy the fuel filter assembly from NAPA,dont remember the cost,but the filter screws on like an oil filter.

Looking for a fuel filter cover or a metal fuel filter. Suggestions? (pic)

My car has a glass fuel filter. A friend of mine warned me of the potential hazard of the glass fuel filter breaking. I've been freaked out since then.

Does anyone know of a metal cover that you can install around the glass fuel filter?

Who makes a good metal bodied fuel filter? How do I make sure that it will work with my car?
