Hey guy I am looking to rewire my car. I was wondering if the Ez wire kit would be a good choice or should I get the $600 kit from the paddock.

It comes with connectors for the headlight switch, connectors for the steering column and new plugs for the headlights ... everything else gets wired : buy a ton of plastic connectors (blue and red) from Home depot, and two tons of plastic wire ties ... and don't forget lots of split loom -- 1/2" ... 1/4" ...

Plan every single thing (wire & connection) out BEFORE you begin.

The EZ Wire kit doesn't have connectors for specific vehicles. It is a generic kit with a GM steering column connector as well as the other connectors that Horvath mentioned. It is a very good kit, especially if you are wiring from scratch. Having the wire labeled by heat stamping every 5 inches makes installation easy. (Spoken like a true bench racer. I've purchased the kit, but haven't installed it yet, <grin>.) I bought the kit with the colored wires.
