techinspector1 Are the hood sides louvered?

There are extra-thick carb gaskets available to separate the carb base from the intake manifold heat.

tripower trouble

I been battling this for a couple weeks now and can`t come up with a fix. I`m running a 350 chevy with a 3 deuce set up in a 38 ford coupe. She runs great without the hood. I put the hood on and the engine compartment gets heat build up to the point that the gas in the front and back carbs gets hot and comes out the jets and floods out the motor. Today after the motor shut down I could see the gas seeping out the jets. Any suggestions? I`ll post a picture of the motor. thanks
