the only dual quad intake that i know of is the weiand pro Hi-Ram 351C intake, otherwise go with the Weiand X-CELerator 351-C both available from PAW 818-678-3000
cleveland is a cool *** motor, just be sure to run oil restrictors to the heads, an do something serious about exhaust flow. perhaps enet mill the exhaust like they used to do it on nascar before the advent of yates heads

i would use the 4v heads,they flow better at the higher rpm`s. the funnel web intake is no longer made as far as i know. i think it was called the parker funnel web. i do know the die hard racers claim the active2 intake worked better.again, another out of production part. look over e-bay or some ford sites and you may locate one or the other for sale. also i do not think there is a 2 4bbl intake in current production for the cleveland. as time permits, i will look around to see what i can find for you.

Dual Carb intake for a 351C
I have a 351 Cleveland out of a 1970 Mustang fastback. I am wanting to build it for street and strip use. Mostly strip! I am trying to find out whether I want to go with 4bbl heads or 2bbl heads. I want to get in the range of 400HP or a little more. Is there such thing as a dual carb intake for a 351C? Finally, does anyone one know anything about the "funnel web" intake for a Cleveland? (Intakes are my main concern right now) Thanks!
