|JohnnyK81||I routinely spray W&G on the filler and wipe it off.. It's probably frowned upon.. But it usually sits for a few hours before I do anything to it, so.....|

|Nastynotch347||The wet rag was what happened, I will let flash for a couple more hours and lightly sand it so it can sit all night. Thanks!|

Just let it flash out good will be fine. Of course this depends on how much you got on it. If we are talking a filler on a hood and you spilled the gallon can on it with the whole gallon running across the plastic filler onto the floor I would say remove it and redo the filler. But if you were simply wiping with a wet rag and you wiped across the filler, don't sweat it. Let it flash out will be fine. A light sanding with the same paper you had previously sanded the filler with "opens" it up to flash better.

w&g remover on filler
Accidentally I got some on the filler, I have read that this is a no-no. Should I remove the filler and re apply or will allowing it to sit overnight be sufficient?
