I am going to be rewiring anyway, so that part doesn't worry me. Doing the MADElectrical relays and stuff. Tossing in a couple of connectors was expected.
I just wasn't sure what the best or normal way to do the headlights was. I should have been an engineer, I can overanalyze anything.

Many of the gasser guys use trailer plugs for quick disconnects for headlights.
I've seen them use both a single plug and one for each side.
Mount the horn on the chassis permanently.

Assuming this is a glass front end I would glass the buckets to the front end from behind and you may be able to use your existing buckets. make the wire harness to accommodate tilting and use a cannon plug to allow the harness to be disconnected if the front end needs to come off for some reason..

Headlights and a one piece fiberglass front end?
I am going to be putting a one piece front end on my Lemans. This is/(will be at least) going to be a street driven car, so I need headlights, turn signals, etc.
I can't decide if it would be better to mount the headlights to the front end and make the harness so I can disconnect it, or to fab up some sort of mounts for the headlights so they sit just behind the front end and stay on the car when the front end is removed. Almost forgot something, the plan is for the front end to tilt but be removable if needed.
The turn signals and parking lights will be attached to the front end, that will be pretty simple as far as mounting them goes since there is enough material on it to bolt them on.
Headlights, however, I am not sure how I would attach them directly to the front end, and I am also not sure how well they would work if not attached there. Yes, I am confused.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
