You describe a T-400 transmission.

There is no vacuum modulator on a 700r4 or a 4L60E trans.

There would be a TV cable on the 700r4 / 4L60 trans.

I purchased what was supposed to be a 700R4 out of a 2WD Chevy Suburban. I don't know what year the vehicle was, but I do know the engine was a 454. There is no T.V.
