Ahh the Pomona swap meet. I've pounded hundreds of miles down there. I don't know if it's bigger than Carlisle (they claim the biggest and I know there is a lot of Europeans and Aussie's that attend Carlisle yearly) but you can't walk Pomona twice in one day. Believe it or not I was the first if not one of the first to drag a wagon behind me. And I bought it at Pomona also! I had bought a cast iron FE manifold earlier that day and after about an hour of lugging it around I came across a vendor that had his kid's old wagon among a sea of car parts. Paid $5 bucks for it and started dragging it behind me. A lot of laughs and a lot of why didn't I think of that! Next show lots of wagons. Next show there is a vendor selling waggons.Next show there's a vendor selling wagons and some kids that would haul your parts back to your car. Too funny!
How often is the Long Beach swap meet now?

There is a circuit for those swap meets. In the winter the swap meets move out west and in the summer they move to the east. The next Long Beach swap meet is on Sunday the 25th. Everyone at Long Beach gets the same shot at the stuff, it's a one day only and the swap meet opens while the venders are putting out their stuff. Pomona is really 2 days long, Saturday is venders days. If you go on Saturday you can snag the good deals when they start unloading the stuff.
