joe_padavano You do realize that if you plan to keep the TBI, you need the injectors and computer for the 305, right?

nine4gmc you gotta drop the front suspension and pull the coils out to access the inside nuts of the motor mounts. it sucks bad but other than that and the wire harness, the swap is pretty easy.

1996thunderchicken should be able to may have to switch where the motor mounts are located should have wholes in the frame to do this with out hassle

moter switch for 1993 gmc k1500

i have a 93 k1500 with a v-6 tbi moter , can i put a 305 tbi moter from a 91 gmc 1500 two wheele drive in its place ?
