Speaking of primer, dang I did a bunch of that today! 68 Camaro front end parts, 73 Riviera quarters, 68 Mustang all but front end. 2 solid hours of swinging a 2.0 Iwata full of MP243. That seemed like quite a bit since it's been awhile. Glad to be done for a few days.
Thanks.. I know what you mean.. I been redoing the dash in the 35 ford truck I been working on.. The wild one.. I'm fitting in a 55-59 truck gage panel.. Right in the center.. It is really looking good.. I should have some pictures by tomorrow..

jaxx22 back on subject - started putting the 28 ford axle in the RPU - cut the wishbone - removed the stock spring and set it into place - thinking now I may need to wait till I get the 64 Dodge pick up home and look at that axle - it has more drop than a stock 28 ford - jaxx

Rodnit Since I have my intake off, I contacted a guy that builds and powder coats dirt race car chassis's etc. Asked him about doing my intake. He said powder coating wouldn't hold up to the heat due to the cross exhaust. Powder coating is good for a little over 200deg. Sounded like if I had a high rise it would work. Sooooo, since I have the new gaskets, I'm just going to put everything back together. We don't have a ceramic coating guy around here. Otherwise, that would be the way to go.

I did find high temp clear, but was told that will yellow eventually. Just going to stick to the natural aluminum and try and keep it clean.....

I've seen your work tech, it is impressive, well to a guy down here at the bottom of the world. Wish I had half your ability.

But butting heads.....I'm not a fan.
