Can't always go by what comes with a cam kit. I've had a couple that the maker left the lube out o, and when I called them they sent it separately.

1971BB427 Hard to say with so little info. What engine? Just heads, or new cam too, and is it flat tappet or roller cam?

Whats up hotRod, just wanted to know I rebuilt the top end of the motor, and have everything installed, new oil and battery connected is all that's needed,
