|ktcutlass||i checked that already and its in and hooked to both and when im in park and hit the gas its still in drive but the parking pin holds it from moving very much i can only feel it lurch when i hit the gas and nuetral is forward so is reverse i read that my clutches mite be froze to gether so itll be in drive all the time and is there anyway to adjust the manual valve|

Most likely scenario-
You didn't get the little S-link from the rooster comb/shift lever inside the trans case connected to the manual valve in the valve body correctly when the valvebody/shift kit was installed(most likely not connected at all).
Pull the pan, drop valve body and connect the link as you re-install the valvebody. You have to connect the link at the same time you are installing the valve body, you can't connect the link with the valvebody bolted down.

i just put a th350 in my 86 cutlass the trans has a shift kit and a adjustable modulator but its like im in drive all the time even in park or neutral and reverse does anyone have any idea what it mite be
