68 Mustang With 302 Stalling Due to Electrical??

I have a 68 Mustang, pretty much fully restored with a 302. Following my recent post about stalling, I've noticed that when turning on the headlights the car sputters and will stall sometimes. The stalling problem has recently also happened during the day, so after more time inspecting, I've noticed that it does good when cool, but when the electric fan kicks on it really runs rough in gear and if I then turn the headlights on it stalls immediately. Does anyone know if this could be caused by the "older" wiring harness, or have any other ideas. PLugs and wires are good and I cant help but think that the electrical (headlights/electric fan) causing it to sputter and stall is a larger problem. From what I can tell, everything is grounded ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated
