Steering Box compatabilty

Here is a '32 Confederate with a 216 inline and it required a steering changeout. I used a Hudson steering gear box I obtained in a trade. I did have to do some realigning but the parts were all obtained (Universals, etc.) through Borgeson. Once I found out about that firms selection of quality products it became a very easy but still time consuming job.

Steering Box compatability

I have a Vega box on my '32 Chevy Sedan and it needs to be replaced. Will a Saginaw 525 manual box bolt in place the same as the Vega box. I realize I have to change couplers and adjust input shaft length. Thanks.
