4 speed for my 54 pick up

Rodders, Im thinking of going to a 4 speed for my 54 ford pick up. I currently have a 86 302 motor with an AOD automatic. All the late model manual tranny's are pretty expensive so I was thinking of going back to the old 4 speed. Im not sure what tranny to use so I could use a little advice as to which one to get that will give me the best bang for the buck. I think the ford guy's used the borg warner t10 in the ford muscle car's way back when, are they still available. Anybody do something like this lately and what am I looking at as price. I can install it myself so parts and feasibility are my only concern. bill
