MARTINSR I don't know much of anything about your truck, but I do know that there are piles of manuals out there to buy that have all the answers.

1962 1963 Ford F 100 800 Shop Manual Supplement | eBay

Ford Pickup and Truck Repair Shop Manual 1961 1962 1963 F100 F150 F250 F350 F800 | eBay

I HIGHLY recommend you get one. I have found them to be very useful, and I have been in the autorepair business for 35 years. You would think I don't need one, but they are VERY useful.

If you post some photos of your door and glass you may get some responses here though. Some of these older cars and trucks have sort of a "puzzle" to pulling apart doors, they can get kinda weird and that manual is very useful.
