EFI PCM Re-Flash

Anybody heard of this guy..

PCMperformance.com Dr. Alex Rutenburg

Just don't want to send my pcm to a scammer and pay for nothing.

Any other suggestions on PCM Reprograming.. My local shops can't seem to do anything with mine without the purchase of a programmer.

Thanks
