junior stocker The ONLY way your "Powerglide" converter will work in a TH350/400 is IF it was made to be used with a TH input shaft modification for the Powerglide. A lot of drag racing Glide converters are these days. As far as the Glide to transfer case, I would think "someone" is doing this; try the puller/mud racer sites, and ask that question there. Gear vendors makes an overdrive adapter for the Powerglide, and that involves a shorter output shaft for the Glide; you'd need the same sort of shorter output shaft to make this work. I do not know of any company that makes an adapter kit to mate the Powerglide to a transfer-case of any make. I would think for a 4WDR mud truck you would be better off selling the glide to a drag racer and building a T-350 or T-400 for your application. If you have your heart set on using the Glide you would have to use a divorced transfer case with a short drive shaft or a coupler shaft from the Glide to the T-case. It can be done, but is cost prohibitive.

help with a 2 speed power glide tranny

Hello Folks my name is Rich from Canada, I recently purchased a motor that came with a built 2 speed power glide tranny built for 1000hp. I would like to use it in my mud bogger I a building. Is there any way to hook it to a np 205 transfer case through adapter or something, also will the stall from the powerglide work in a turbo 350 chevy tranny. Thanks for the advice.
