galaxieguy3 If you keep the fuel injection you will need to pull the wiring harness, ECM, and all the sensors that go with it. Not really complicated but will require quite a bit of time. I believe you could take the intake system off and replace it with a 4 bbl carb and intake, but I would maybe contact Edelbrock, Holley, etc with the engine info to be sure. Then get an old used HEI distibutor to stick in and you are in business.
Keeping the fuel injection would be an interesting project, but switching to a carb setup would be much simpler. Depends on what you want.

fuel injection

i have a 76 chevy nova and i found somone with a motor cheap but its fuel injected and i was thinking about puting it in my car because i need one and i wanted to know if there is any sugestions if i should use fuel injection or not and if there is any thing i need to know thank you
