crownver I used Imron in a low gloss black for some boat trim parts last spring. Looked good, but takes a while to harden.

Old Fool Call SPI and ask about their flat black single stage urethane. Depending on the amount of reducer ( from 4:1 up to 8:1) you can vary the sheen from total flat to semi gloss! It is almost impossible to get tiger stripes with it too .

panhead1961 Dupont has it in factory pack... depending on your paint jobber. You may need to buy online to get it. Check out Dupont Hot Hues Hot Rod black.

low gloss paint

hi, got a question. i'm painting some hood stripes on my hood and need some low gloss black urethane single stage paint. not matte or flat, but low or semi gloss. cant seem to find it anywhere any more. used to get ppg in it, but they say it is'nt availble anymore. can you give me a brand that i can still get it in? thanks, dave.
