327NUT Glad to help, you know maybe they have changed their ways but it sure soured me on what I thought was a stand up company. They knew it was their fault and admitted it.....still wouldn't pay for the shipping, just don't understand that.

Thanks for that information.i want to make sure i buy from a good outfit so i dont have any problems.its a benefit to belong on a site like this just because of the number of members and their willingness to share their experiances in order to save someone else some problems.

327NUT None of the ones I listed, my only personal experience with aftermarket steel wheels was with "Wheel Vintiques" and it was not a good one. Luckily I purchased the set of bare wire wheels through Summit Racing.....Long story.

After I detailed, painted and had them striped I took them to have the tires installed....ALL FOUR LEAKED where the spokes enters the rim. When I called WV they acknowleged the fact that they were having a problem with their sealant, said send them back and we'll fix them "for free". I asked them if they were going to pay the shipping back and forth since it was their faulty sealant that caused the problem, "we're not going to pay". After I little argument and telling them what I thought of their total lack of customer relations I called Summit Racing.

After speaking Summit I was shocked when they said since I bought the wheels through them that they would pay the shipping. So I got my wheels fixed thanks only to Summit and not WV.

I also told WV that I would tell this story as many times as possible to future customers and it would cost them a hellofa lot more than the $60 shipping charge they refused to pay for their problem. By the way, Coker and WV are in business together on some wheels, don't know which ones but do your research before you buy....I'm done now.

327NUT Can't believe you haven't been answered.....there are several companys offering their standard or custom made steel wheels.....the choice is yours. Home for Custom Wheels and Accessories Early Wheel Company | Rally Wheels, Smooth Center Wheels, Hubcaps, and Trim Rings and another is Stockton wheel. You will have to know your bolt pattern (obviously) and back spacing which is very important for the fit.
