DanTwoLakes A lot of times, if the foam is not completely destroyed, you can just add a layer of 1" thick foam to the original foam and improve the seats immensely. Corvette seats are a prime example. For some reason, the original foam loses its support and needs to be added to. This will not work if the original foam is not in good condition.

bigdog7373 I'd just find a good shop to do it, not that guy you went to the first time. No reason to be an a** to your customers. Unless you know what you're doing you'll be much happier paying for someone to do it right and the seats turning out good. I'm very cheap too but i know when i should pay to have it done right.

Procar Seats

I have a pair of Procar Sportsman 1605 seats that the seat cushions and the leg bolsters need the foam cushions replaced.

I contacted Procar and they do not offer the foam replacements for these seats only the covers.

Anyone out know of anyone who offers the foam cushion replacements.
I went to a local shop and the guy was a complete *****.

I was thinking that I could disassemble the seats and redo myself (I'm cheap)
What kind of foam holds up the best and is easy for a novice to work with?

Thanks in advance.
