cheifwaylocahones Ditto on Texas T advise. Don't use rubber for transmission cooler lines... Trust me!
Here are a few links which will help you get the job done correctly.
Transmission+cooler+line+kits - JEGS High Performance

If you can't use steel or copper lines, go with these, Transmission Line Adapters, Aluminum, Black, Male -6 AN to 1/4 in.-18 NPSM and with these you can plumb braided stainless transmission cooler lines with ease.

TexasT Just be cause you can, doesn't mean you should. Heed the advice. Hard lines are way more durable. No fun oiling down or worse yet catching the thing on fire when, and I do mean when it leaks.

45 degree barbed fitting for t-400

hi I talked to my son,he says that they do make special rubber lines with AN fittings for automatic trans hope this clears up any confusion that I may have caused......

Coram Stiner rubber trans lines are not a good idea rubber will rot with oil and dont do well in high heat (exhaust engine heat) they will become soft stretch and rot. if you dont want to spend the money for new prebent lines get some aluminum or soft copper line and a tube bender and flairing tool make your own...........good luck!

45 degree barbed fitting for T-400

Hello, I am replacing the hard cooling lines on my TH400 with rubber lines. I would like to know if anyone has come across brass 45 degree barbed fittings that will mate with the inlet and outlet fittings on the transmission case. the hose is 5/16 I.D. approved for transmission fluid. Thanks.
