BOBCRMAN@aol.com You will need to remove the shell. This should have been done before powder coat. To remove will require splitting the shell and pressing out.

I do them quite often. A press is required to install.

ES bushing install?

Hey guys so I got my control arms back from the powdercoater..I recieved my ES hyperflex kit last week and am about ready to install..I noticed that the guy only melted the bushings out, he did not remove the outside shell..my question was...can I press in the poly bushings or do I have to remove the shell and install the shell they provided with the kit?? If so, how can I get this done without damaging the control arm??
