poncho62 From scratch, you are going to need 1 thing.....skill. You can probably buy partial panels for this car. Might be your best bet.

any tips for wheel arch patch panels?

just picked up an 83 monte carlo for 200 bucks. its pretty clean except for a small (about 3" long) section of the wheel arch on each side has rotted. theres no way im paying 100+ a side for replacement 1/4's on a car this cheap. whats the best way to recreate the curves and angles of the wheel arch lip from scratch?
