|poncho62||If you have a Chevy 350, the mount locations are exactly the same as the 305.....................3 holes to bolt the mounts to the block and 4 holes to mount the mounts to the frame.|

I got the motor mounts for a 1978 monte carlo with the 305 in it which are the same mounts used as the 350 and there are 4 bolt holes on the motor mounts instead of 3, and I can not find any matching holes which will bolt up... I'm not sure what I should do, but I am tempted just to weld the mounts to the frame or drill holes for the new mounts.... please help!

what about the vacum modulator on the rear of the transmission, should I just use any type of hose to connect it to the intake manifold or is there a special setup i need?

|poncho62||Get all the brackets etc from a similar year Malibu or Monte Carlo......it will all bolt right in.|

1978 grand prix chevy 350 swap
I have a 78 grand prix and have purchased a chevy 350 with turbo 350 trans, both ready to go with the turn of a key. This is my first engine swap where it involved 2 different engines, I am curious as to if I need to do anything special for the power steering, fuel, or any other systems which might need modification. Or if the best way to know is just to throw it in and find out. any help will be appreciated!
