Where do I find Remanufactured 6 Cyl Engine

Where is a reliable place to buy a re-manufactured 6 cyl inline (pre emissions)? I want to put one in my 38 Dodge Humpback truck. I'll need a tranny too. Thanks. I'm in Massachusetts.
