I say this every time and have lived by it and it has never bitten me yet! There is NOBODY that knows more about this subject than the people that make the kit. Talk to them and tell them what you want to do and listen to what they have to say. THEN call back and make sure you have a different person and ask the same exact questions. If you get the same answers then you can sleep well knowing that you have the right info on your product. Oh and not to mention....If you do something that Joe Blow (excuse the pun) said do and you kill your engine, Then you might void your warranty. I have installed over 20 of these kits and have not had a single problem because I spent time on the phone, before I ordered the kit, talking to them about what I was wanting to do for the customer. Good Luck with your new hair drier !

Vortec and ZZ502/502
I am looking to add a Vortech Centrifugal supercharger to my ZZ502/502. Anything I should look out for? Anyone do this before?
I have a 71 Chevelle, w/502 crate motor, 4spd, 4.11
I was thinking of adding Vortec's carburated kit to the engine.
The engine currently has 9.6:1 compression.
How is the streetability of this blower? Is it noisy at idle?
