Unless you add lower control arm relocation brackets it will hurt the launch due to decrease in traction at the rear wheels.
If the lower control arms are on a downward angle from the rearend to the attachment point on the body any force applied by the drive wheels will push the lower control arms up thus causing a loss of traction at the rear wheels upon acceleration.
Its not about how low or high your car is for launch it is all about the suspension geometry and making sure it works the way it was designed.
If you do you will need to buy an anti-squat kit, available from Global West,
part number GB-238. www.nextgenparts.com have them for 139$ and they
bring the rear of your lower rear suspension arms down to their original location.If you have a 3" exhaust or like me, tubular subframe connectors, they will scrape, like on speed bumps.Also the front wheels will lean in at the top and have to be adjusted, all that done and the car will go like it´s on a rail. :thumbup:
BTW mine launches real good, better after installing the anti-squat kit, dead level. :thumbup: :thumbup:
