airworld2 Yep ,Crosley's right spacer plate and valve body need to match for lock up valve. I think your looking at early style with 3 wire connector, had to pull out an old book forgot they had so many wire connector, I've only seen 3 out of 12 they show in my book.

Crosley Not sure what you mean about a 4 or 3 pin lock out valve body.

To swap plates and valve bodies around there are a couple of holes that need to be matched up. Depends on if there is a converter clutch shift valve in the valve body or not.

This would require photos to indicate which is where.

MY 200-R-4 TRANS HAS A 4 PIN LOCK-OUT VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY. CAN THIS VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY BE PUT INTO ANY 200-R-4 TRANSMISSION THAT HAS A 3 PIN LOCK OUT VALVE BODY,AND WORK?
